Program Director of the Year Nominations (Academic Year 2019-2020)
The Program Director of the Year Award was created as a way to recognize and show appreciation for the outstanding efforts of our Program Directors towards internationalizing our curriculum and opening the world to our students. First awarded in 2004, the Program Director of the Year is awarded by the Office of International Initiatives, Study Abroad Programs Office. Selection is based on the following criteria: student nominations, quality of program management, adherence to university guidance on study abroad, and overall dedication to international education.
Eligibility, Criteria & Nomination Process:
- Nominees must have directed a Georgia State University sponsored study abroad program or exchange during the past academic year (Fall 2019 – Summer 2020).
- Nominations may come from any member of the university community.
- Nominations are confidential; however, quotations from the nomination forms may be used when the winner is honored.
Deadline: April 10, 2020
