Caroline Phelps

Caroline Phelps serves as a Study Abroad Advisor at Georgia State University. She obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree in Foreign Languages and Literature from the University of West Georgia in Carrollton, Ga, in 2020. During her undergraduate journey, Caroline’s curiosity for cross-cultural understanding led her to study abroad in Heredia, Costa Rica and Vienna, Austria. These experiences altered her perspective on the world we live in and opened her eyes to the importance of cross-cultural understanding.

Inspired by the profound impact of her own study abroad encounters, Caroline assists students in identifying international opportunities that align not only with their academic path, but also with their personal aspirations. Her aim is to empower students to embark on their own life-changing journeys abroad, fostering a deeper appreciation for global perspectives.
