Born and raised in Georgia, Suha Ibrahim graduated from Georgia State University with a B.A. in Political Science and is a current law student at the Georgia State College of Law. She received the Global Scholars Distinction which recognizes a student's development of global competence, or “the skills, knowledge, and awareness that enhance the ability to function in a global environment." Ibrahim speaks four languages and has visited fourteen different countries, including having lived in India for two years. She worked in immigration law with a focus in cases of refugees. Ibrahim's favorite city is Paris, France but her favorite country is Morocco. Suha is also a fitness instructor and enjoys bringing people together in a physically active environment. International studies to Suha is more than just traveling and immersing in a new location, it is about enhancing the lens in which you look at the world and the depth to which you can understand people. To Suha, we are all a part of a landscape in which we are of best service to one another if we understand the stories that make us.
