Resources for prospective and former study abroad students through outreach, guiding them through advisement as they prepare to depart and following up with them after they return through their post-program evaluation. We also equip students with ways to process this experience and apply it as they move through and beyond their careers at Georgia State University.
In the 2018-19 academic year, 1,153 students studied abroad in 41 different countries.

CASSIE
CASSIE is led by the University System of Georgia (USG) in coordination with the Institute of International Education and is funded by the U.S. Department of Education’s International and Foreign Language Education Office. CASSIE is a research partnership to study the impact of international education experiences – study abroad, taking a foreign language, Title VI program participation–on student success outcomes.
